Recently, the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, attended the 79th Bhayangkara Day ceremony before departing for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base in Jakarta. Dressed in a brown safari suit and black peci, Prabowo arrived at the airbase around 3:15 PM Western Indonesia Time and was bid farewell by high-ranking officials for his state visit. Accompanying him were Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Minister of Defense Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, Foreign Minister Sugiono, and other key figures from Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. Before boarding the presidential aircraft at 3:30 PM, President Prabowo watched military cadets rehearsing a marching band performance with Defense Minister Sjafrie. The main purpose of his visit to Saudi Arabia is to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries, particularly regarding the organization of the Hajj pilgrimage and exploring potential strategic partnerships. This visit aims to enhance the relationship between Indonesia and Saudi Arabia, promoting mutual understanding and collaboration for the benefit of both nations.
