Kuwait – Kuwait has issued an order to deport an Indian nurse for supporting Israel in the war in Gaza. According to the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Rai, the Ministry of Interior has deported an Indian nurse from Kuwait.

“The Ministry of Interior deported an Indian nurse working at Al-Sabah Hospital (in the capital), after she supported the occupation in the war against Palestine,” the newspaper wrote, quoted from the Middle East Monitor, Monday, October 30, 2023.
The newspaper noted that this is the second case involving an expatriate who holds Indian citizenship and works in the Ministry of Health when he spreads solidarity and support through his WhatsApp status.

She also described Palestinians as terrorists and raised the Israeli flag.

The Kuwaiti newspaper quoted information sources as saying that the nurse admitted during questioning that she supported the Israeli occupation following a complaint filed by lawyer Bandar Al-Mutairi.
On October 22, 2023, a complaint was first filed with the Kuwaiti Prosecutor General against an Indian nurse working at Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital who supported Israel’s actions in killing Palestinian children and bombing Al-Kabeer Hospital Baptist and raising the Israeli flag on his social media account.
More than 8,000 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli airstrikes in Gaza, half of them children, and more than 20,000 people have been injured since October 7, 2023.
